Ill answer each question on its own to prove to you the severity of Global Warming.

Global Warming is a natural occurance, where greenhouses gases trap sunlight and thrust it back down at the Earth. This warms the earts surface, and provides life. However, our CO2 and Methane emmisions are slightly increasing temperatures, but even the slighest increase can be deadly.

It is caused by excess amounts of greenhouses gases in the atmosphere. Carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide and fluorinated gasses all contribute to global warming. Mass production, cars, and heating give of these gases. Even though the vast majority of greenhouses gasses are given off naturally, the slighest increase will warm the Earth.

Effects can be very small, to very severe. For example, at a 1.8 degree F temperature increase, the hearts of some crabs stop beating. As if thats not bad enough, small increases in temperature have melted ice (in places like Russia) underneath railroad tracks. This cases the infastrcture to be altered, and could have harmful results. Scientists estimate that sea levels could rise 1meter in the next 100 years, but I am yet to hear any proof behind this.

The evidence is clear, without Global Warming, the planet would be a frozen wasteland. We know it must exist in order to keep us alive, its wether or not we are making it worse that is the question. Our huge factories, millions of cars, and heating bills through the roof can all show us the existance of Global Warming. As long as these gases are produced, they are trapping sunlight, and endangering life on this planet.

Finally, there are many solutions. Some are drastic, like alternate energy in cars and homes. Some are simple, like keeping your tires inflated, using flouroscent lightbulbs, and insulating your home.

Global Warming is what is happening when we pollute the earth’s environment.
The effects can be increases in temperatures, rising sea levels, poor vegetation, diseases to spread easier through water.
People found out that we were going through global warming because we have been having more forest fires, extreme weather events, and the icecaps have already started melting.
The melting of the icecaps can cause sea levels rise.
